How far in advance should I book the team?
For most events, two or three weeks is enough. In the Christmas and company-dinner season (November and December) it is best to book from October, because the top dates sell out. If something comes up last minute, ask us anyway: we can usually help.
Do you cover trade fairs and conferences in Madrid?
Yes, although they are different services. For conferences, launches and corporate events we provide hostesses and waiters right from this page. For trade fairs and stands at IFEMA we have a dedicated service: trade fair staff in Madrid, with stand hostesses and promoters.
Is there a minimum or maximum team size?
No. We provide anything from a single waiter for a private dinner to teams of dozens of people for galas and large events, always with a team leader in charge whenever the size of the team calls for one.
What happens if a waiter doesn’t show up on the day?
We work with backup staff and our own coordination: if someone drops out at the last minute, we cover it. Your point of contact is the team leader, and the service you agreed is the service you get.
Are the staff uniformed, and do they speak English?
Yes. The team arrives in professional uniform (or the one you specify for your event) and we have staff who work in English and other languages — standard practice at Madrid’s international corporate events.
