How far in advance should I book the team?
For most events, two or three weeks is enough. In the Christmas and company-dinner season (November and December) it is best to book from October, because the top dates sell out. If something comes up last minute, ask us anyway: we can usually help.
Do you cover conferences and trade fairs in Barcelona?

Is there a minimum or maximum team size?
No. We provide anything from a single waiter for a private dinner to teams of dozens of people for conferences, galas and large events, always with a team leader in charge whenever the size of the team calls for one.
What happens if a waiter doesn’t show up on the day?
We work with backup staff and our own coordination: if someone drops out at the last minute, we cover it. Your point of contact is the team leader, and the service you agreed is the service you get.
